Taryn Thompson

Founder & Managing Director

  • Taryn is the founder and managing director of Your Home SDA. She is also the founder of Disability Housing Pathways, a consulting and support service dedicated to facilitating access to safe, suitable, and stable accommodation for individuals with disabilities.

    With a professional background in law, governance, property, and real estate, Taryn has held various Executive and senior leadership roles in both government and non-profit organisations. Over her 20+ years in the property sector, she has devoted the last five years to the disability housing sector, becoming a passionate advocate for appropriate and accessible housing solutions.

    Taryn is committed to empowering individuals living with disability by promoting choice and control in their living arrangements. Taryn was recently appointed as a Board Member of the SDA Alliance.

Tania Noonan

Disability Housing Partner

  • Tania brings over 35 years of housing experience, with a strong focus on regulation and compliance within the disability sector. Her expertise encompasses Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), policy development, and project management, showcasing a proven track record in delivering high-quality housing solutions and effective property and tenancy management.

    Tania holds a Diploma in Property and is a Certified Senior Housing Professional. She possesses qualifications in Work Health and Safety, Change Management, and Performance Management, demonstrating her commitment to fostering inclusive environments for individuals with disabilities.

  • Amy brings 15 years of customer service experience with a focus on building strong client relationships. She has developed a comprehensive understanding of the complexities and barriers surrounding NDIS participant housing through her work in specialist support coordination.
